Our family visited the El Capitan Theater today in Hollywood to see the screening of the movie Cinderella and give you our Cinderella 2015 Review. This sweet and beautiful film followed the classic storyline of the original Cinderella. Directed by Kenneth Brannagh, whom I have been a long time fan of, this version of Cinderella brought with it more believable and rich characters and a stronger more in-depth storyline.
Cate Blanchett was fantastic as Cinderella’s stepmother and really brought the character to life. In the movie, both Cinderella and her stepmother face their share of heartache and loss. What makes this film interesting is how they both react differently to this heartache and loss. Cinderella stays kind and courageous and full of generosity, whereas her stepmother is full of resentment, jealousy, and hate.
This was a beautiful film with a great many enhancements and yet still stayed true to the classic storyline. This is a great movie that the whole family would enjoy.

Frozen Fever was a delightful short that played before the movie Cinderella. My 6-year-old daughter loved this little short film and kept asking when she could see it again. If you are a fan of Frozen, you will definitely love this cute little film.
