    Stay consistent with the bedtime, crack the window in the winter to keep the room cooler so I sleep better. Has anyone tried this pillow that has cats? Is it puncture proof?

    To get a good night’s sleep, I like to open the window a bit to let fresh air in. I also use either a fan or a white noise machine to screen out noise.
