I just got a great opportunity to review Five for Fighting’s new Album called Slice. I am a big fan of Five for Fighting and I was anxious to listen to the new songs out on this album. If you are ready for a night of relaxing at home and putting your feet up. I highly recommend you listen to the soothing voice and acoustics of this CD.
The singer/songwriter John Ondrasik is great at writing songs that convey deep emotion. His songs are written about personal experiences and have a social message. Best known for his song “Superman”, John writes songs that are meaningful to humanity and have a way of healing.
John’s new album “Slice” is based on personal experiences and is like a diary into his own world.
He writes about his family and friends and has musical scores that reflect his life and his youth.
In his own words, John says, “Slice is where I’ve come from, where I am, and a few scraps I’ve picked up in between. All in a slice of time.”
