“The Sweet By and By “written by Sara Evans, is a christian fiction novel. It a heartfelt story about learning to forgive even when it’s easier not to.
The main character, Jade, is a girl on the verge of marriage. She weighs in on reconciling with her with mother and forgetting past wrongs. I love the smooth southern charm of this story and how real and lovable the characters of this book could be. I love that this book has a great message to share and is told in such a way that you get drawn into the story.
Although I have never really read that many christian fiction books, I found that I was glad to have read this one and was pleasantly surprised that Sara Evans not only writes great songs but seems to be full of many talents.
