    Besides cold eeze, which has helped me avoid all but this last cold, I like to take a streaming hot bath at the first sign of a cold and then get as much rest as I can with my little man.

    Well, I wash my hands a lot with antibacterial soap, use a purse sized hand cleanser, and take a lot of Vitamin C and zinc. And pray!

    Every night I drink a mug of warm water with Ceylon cinnamon and honey. I also take Vitamins C and D, and at the first sign of a cold take Sambucol or elderberry extract.

    i just know that if you gargle with mouth wash at the onset of a cold you can limit strep and even kill the cold.

    I take lots of vitamins during cold season, use a throat spray to kill germs and wash my hands a LOT! I hate it when I let down my guard and get sick!
