(Closed) Day #28 Giveaway & Review: Yes! To Cookies

*Giveaway Has Ended*

Yes! to Cookies makes cookies that are low carb, high in fiber, gluten free and sugar free. This is a great choice for those who are wanting to lose weight, or need to manage their diabetes. These cookies are also a plus for those with autism or ADHD because it is gluten free.

I was sent a free box of the Strawberry-Banana Blitz and the Coco-liscous cookies to try. Although I am more use to sugar loaded cookies and felt that these were not as sweet as I am use to, my 18 month old daughter absolutely LOVED these cookies! After she had tried one, everytime she saw the box of cookies she asked for another.

Yes! To Cookies uses a proprietary blend of whole seed psyllium cereal that has a wide range of nutrients not available in the more commonly used psyllium husk. The psyllium cereal fiber in Yes! To Cookies is both soluble and insoluble fiber. Soluble Fiber means that it dissolves in water.
