  • Sweet and Spicy BBQ Rub
  • Chocolate Coffee Biscotti

I tried Nielsen-Massey Vanilla Sugar in a homemade chocolate recipe and it was delicious!  It was so easy that my 6 year old daughter helped me make it and all of my kids loved the finished result.

Here is the Homemade Chocolate Recipe:

  • 5 tablespoons of virgin coconut oil
  • 5 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons of Neilsen-Massey Vanilla Sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt

Mix all ingredients together and place either in a mold or a tray and then refrigerate for at least 1 hour and tada- Yummy Chocolates  – That aren’t too bad for your eating plan either.  As long as your not eating the whole tray in one sitting that is!
