I had the opportunity to review a Safe Sippy Cup 2 by Kid Basix. This is a great product. My 18 month old daughter, who usually uses the Playtex brand of sippy cups, loved the Safe Sippy Cup 2. It is much easier for her to hold because of the convenient handles. It is a lot easier for her to drink out of. She no longer has to tilt her sippy cup in order to drink. Because this sippy cup converts to a straw bottle she can drink with great ease than she ever did before.

Here are some of the great features of the Safe Sippy Cup 2:

  • No-spill sippy valve and a straw and adapter that instantly converts the cup from sippy to straw bottle.
  • It is the only 2-in-1 cup on the market.
  • Travel cap for keeping the spout clean.
  • Travel plug to ensure no leaks when the cup is being carried in a purse or diaper bag
  • In addition, The Safe Sippy2™ sports all of the well-known features of the original Safe Sippy™ cup:
  • 11 ounce volume
  • 304 food-grade stainless steel vessel
  • BPA and phthalate free
  • Colorful protective TPR sleeve that provides insulation against cold liquids and acts as a cushion to protect the cup (and furniture) from denting and banging
  • Straw shaped spout, because research has shown that the straw design is better for physical and speech development of kids
