I received this adorable English Roses rain boots and raincoat free to review from Kidorable. Even though Southern California does not get that much rain. My little 19-month-old daughter will be all set for the occasions when it does. I love all the matching items and how well they go together. The rain coat and rain boots are very high quality and the design on these items are wonderful.
